Meet Craig, and hear about his art and life!
Over the past forty years, Craig Miller’s journey in photography has evolved from hobbyist to amateur photojournalist, street photographer, and always a dedicated documenter of family and friends. For Miller, the creative process is as rewarding as the final product, but the true joy lies in sharing his art with others.
6 years ago, Miller attended a workshop in “Photography as Art” led by Art Wolfe, creator of the PBS series Travels to the Edge. The experience marked his shift into fine art photography—images created to express the photographer’s artistic vision.
Miller’s portfolio reflects this approach, ranging from unaltered captures to works heavily transformed using tools like Adobe Photoshop. His subjects include landscapes, seascapes, portraits, and architecture, often re-imagined into what he terms derived photography.
