2nd Annual, Dine in the Vines
This year’s dinner was held on an absolutely stunning evening at the beautiful Galena Cellars Vineyard, on September 17th, 2017. A backyard garden feast theme was served on a long, candlelit table directly in the vineyard!
Each dinner guest was asked to bring a dish to pass that has been made with some ingredients from their own backyard gardens. For example: a cucumber/chive salad, homemade salsa with chips, or a pasta dish with sauce that you have made from your own tomatoes and herbs. You can also bring honey if you are a beekeeper, or bake your berries into a pie, etc. We will be posting some recipe ideas over the next few weeks on the Galena Farm to Fork Dinner Facebook Page.
Tickets include the main course of: Roasted Turkey & Slow roasted- Roast Beef, along with fresh dinner rolls, butter and some delicious sides. Beverages included are lemon or mint ice water. We are also including a Galena Cellars wine tasting featuring 3 kinds of wine to taste. Full glasses or bottles of wine will be available for purchase from Galena Cellars. (21+ is required)
