In collaboration with Beth Dooley and using her recipes as a guide, Chef Fernando at Galena Cellars Downtown has curated a special four course selection of small bites showcasing local producers + wine pairings!

This event is in-person only. Tickets are $55 per person and include four food courses, a wine pairing with each, Beth Dooley’s keynote presentation, and the opportunity to meet Chef Fernando. The full menu will be available soon.

Visit EventBrite or purchase tickets at the front desk of the Galena Public Library. Our local bookstore, Galena Book & Paper, will be on site with Beth’s books available for purchase. Beth will sign books at the conclusion of her keynote.
