The Galena Center for the Arts, 971 Gear Street, Galena, IL will host a book signing and presentation by Galena native author Heather Swan on Thursday, August 29 at 7pm.
Swan’s current book, “Where the Grass Still Sings” braids art, poetry, science and memoir together to honor the importance of the marvelous and often invisible members of our natural world.

She will be joined by poet Catherine Jagoe and photographer Mark Montgomery. Copies of the book will be available for purchase.
